The customer has the right to return the order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons for the return. In this case, the return is at the customer’s risk and expense and our company is committed to returning the amount of the order within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days are that the product has not been used, that no marking has been removed (e.g. stickers, brand marking, etc.) and that the packaging of electrical/electronic devices has not been opened. Also, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received without damage, without any defects, complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging – e.g. fragile products – they must be returned in their special packaging).

It is also important that the return is accompanied by the purchase documents (retail receipt / sales invoice).

In case of withdrawal the amount of the refund includes the cost of the product with shipping costs and the customer is charged with the return costs according to Law 2251/1994. Monetary amounts resulting from additional services (such as the cash on delivery service) are not included in the final refund amount.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment of the order. In case of payment by cash on delivery courier, the customer should inform us with a bank account number along with the request for refund.

Refunds are made up to the tenth day from the day of receipt of the products.

In case the customer wishes to cancel the order, this should be done before it is sent by our company. In case our company has proceeded to dispatch the order, the customer must follow the procedure of the right of withdrawal.
